TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me for any of my artwork you are automatically making an agreement to the following terms of service. Terms and prices are subject to change as I see fit. I will deny any commissions or customers who do not follow these terms.Any questions can be directed towards my Discord, or you can email me at [email protected]Please specify that you are contacting me for a commission! I will not respond to just "Hi."

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for ANY reason, and I am not obligated to disclose these reasons to you.

  • I retain all rights to my original artworks, including the right to publicly post them or display them in my portfolio. You may not claim my works as your own.

  • You may not use my works for commercial purposes. You may not use my artwork for profit, NFTs, Blockchain, cryptocurrency. You may not redistribute my works for use in merchandise, or as promotion for goods and services.

  • You MAY share or use a commissioned work on social media for personal use (wallpapers, profile pictures, banners) with proper credit, leaving my signature intact and including my name (Cinqo) or other specified username.

  • I will not work under a deadline. I am disabled, and my art process can vary between a few weeks to a few months. Pressure or harassment to complete a commission faster will result in cancellation with no refund, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again in the future.

  • The content of the commission cannot be drastically changed after a final sketch has been agreed upon. Small edits are allowed throughout the entire process. Larger edits are case by case basis and will be charged an extra fee. Large amounts of small edits may also be subject to an extra fee.

  • I will send progress updates throughout the entire process. (Sketch comms may be exempt by nature).

  • By commissioning me you are acknowledging other examples of my work and my artstyle and are therefore requesting a work made with these in mind. My artistry is ever-evolving and pieces are unique in nature and may be different from past works.

  • I only accept payment in USD via PayPal.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the initial commission price will be required up-front before I start work on a piece. (Of initial commission price). You can pay in full upfront if you so desire.

  • No refunds will be issued, with exception of special circumstances. (ex. failure to complete commission) Circumstances that warrant a refund are up to my discretion.

  • I reserve the right to alter my prices as I see fit. Your commission price will NOT be altered to reflect any changes made after initial price agreement.

  • Do not request a commission if you are unsure you will be able to pay for the full piece. (Do not commission me if you can only afford the deposit!)

I reserve the right to refuse requests that make me uncomfortable. Some limitations not listed, as minors may access this carrd. Further clarifications can be provided upon contact!
